The Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses (CATSIN) is the sole representative body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurses and midwives in Australia. CATSIN’s primary function is to implement strategies to increase the recruitment and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples into nursing and midwifery professions.
